Next Season INC is a woman-owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing government consulting and faith-based life coaching services to federal agencies, prime contractors, and community-based organizations. Next Season INC delivers mission-driven support in Air Traffic Control, aviation operations, training, leadership development, management and logistics consulting, backed by decades of real-world federal experience.
The company is led by Norma Ely, U.S. Army Colonel (Ret.), a former Brigade Commander and 206th Group Commander, with 38 years of service as an FAA Air Traffic Controller. Norma also served as the 1st Black Female Air Traffic Manager of Andrews Air Traffic Control Tower (Home of Air Force One).
In addition to technical consulting services, Next Season INC offers VA-safe, trauma-informed coaching programs designed to support military service members, veterans, and their families through resilience-building, reintegration support, and purpose-driven life development. Next Season INC is committed to excellence, integrity, and measurable impact—supporting both organizational performance and personal restoration.
